Cerezo Osaka announced today that Sanfrecce Hiroshima Youth forward Towa Yamane will join the team next season.
Yamane, born in February 5, 1999, as a son of former Hiroshima midfielder Iwao Yamane, has recently become the top goalscorer in the J-Youth Cup, scoring 9 goals, although his side was defeated to FC Tokyo U-18 in the final.
As of today, following players are scheduled to join the team next season.
GK: Shu Mogi (Toko Gakuen High School)
DF: Kakeru Funaki (Cerezo Osaka U-18), Reiya Morishita (Cerezo Osaka U-18), Musashi Oyama (Sapporo Otani High School / He has played as a midfielder so far but the club have an intention to use him as a fullback)
MF: Toshiki Onozawa (Cerezo Osaka U-18)
FW: Towa Yamane (Sanfrecce Hiroshima Youth), Hirofumi Yamauchi (Waseda University)
These players are likely to start new season with the U-23 team.
