Yoon Jong-Hwan will meet his former club Sagan Tosu again today after leaving the team for an unknown reason in 2014.
Cerezo’s starting lineup for today’s game, which will be announced soon, won’t be drastically changed from the previous league game. Although Hiroshi Kiyotake reportedly sprained his leg when he accidentally collided with Hotaru Yamaguchi during a training session, manager Yoon made clear Kiyotake will be included in the squad (whether the starting 11 or not). So the starting lineup will be like this.
GK: Tanno
DF: Matsuda, Maruhashi, Jonjic, Yamashita
MF: Souza, Kakitani, Yamaguchi, Yamamura, Kiyotake
FW: Sugimoto
As to the opposing side, Tosu recently signed Colombia international Victor Ibarbo on loan from manager Massimo Ficcadenti’s former team Cagliari. I know nothing about him, and taking a look at Wikipedia suggests he hasn’t got much appearances and goals in recent years, but he is seen to be a first-rate attacker who can still prosper in Europe but somehow chose to play in Japan. Ficcadenti revealed Ibarbo will be selected to the squad for today’s game, so depending on the situation, he will make his debut for Sagan Tosu today.
