Yoon Jong-hwan may leave the club at the end of the season, or he may even leave before the season ends according to reports by two sports newspapers.
Sports Hochi reported this morning that the club will hold a meeting with the manager next week. This is not an unusual thing as they typically start preparing for a next season in autumn. But the newspaper said that whether Yoon, whose contract expires at the end of the season, stays or not will also be a subject of discussion.
Sports Nippon went further. It suggested that there is a possibility the club fire him before the season ends. In that case, someone inside the club like coach Akio Kogiku is likely to take his position until the end of the season. But at the same time, the club is already looking for a potential manager and the candidates include former Cerezo forward and former FC Seoul manager Hwang Sun-hong.
