Cerezo Osaka hold their Fan Thanks Event at Yanmar Stadium Nagai today. As part of it, the match between Cerezo “OB” team, consisting of the guys who used to play for Cerezo, and Cerezo Osaka Sakai Ladies takes place.

What attracted attention is that Yoon Jong-hwan, the predecessor to manager Miguel Angel Lotina, was named in the list of the OB team members. After he parted way with Cerezo last year, he moved to Thailand and took charge of Muangthong United but left the club just after 2 months. Reportedly, he had a desire to become Thailand national team manager but it ended up in failure as former Japan manager Akira Nishino signed with the Thailand FA.
